GOLD C2TES1-WHITE
White fiber cement adhesive
GOLD C2TES1
Due to the increased content of polymer components, Gold is used for gluing various types of plates, including those with a low-absorbing surface. It is suitable for laying large-format tiles, for gluing on old tiles and terracotta tiles, as well as for floors with integrated underfloor heating. For dry, damp and permanently wet rooms. It is also suitable for laying coatings exposed to external conditions. Resistant to freezing, dampness and being heated by sunlight.
Strengths:
• Suitable for both internal and external use.
• High adhesion to low absorbent surfaces.
• Frost resistant.
• Easy to make the mixture.
• High load resistance.
• Waterproof.
• Does not change the color of the plates.
• Environmentally friendly.
PREPARATION
The base must be dry, hard, well cleaned of dirt - dust, greasy stains, etc. It is not recommended to lay the plates tightly without joints. For a very weak and porous base, treat it with PRIMER. One package of 25 kg is mixed with 5.5 l of water. The dry mixture is mixed with the water in a plastic container with a mechanical stirrer or by hand. The mixture is allowed to stand for about 10 minutes, then stirred again, and if necessary, more water is added. The mixture thus prepared can be used within 1 hour.
Laying
The solution is applied to the base with a notched trowel.
An area that can be glued is covered in about 15 minutes. When gluing on old terracotta, it must be treated with a thin layer (with a 3 mm notched trowel) of GOLD, which serves as a bonding layer. Laying should be done on a dry base and at a temperature of 5ºС to 30ºС.
RECOMMENDATION
It is not recommended to add other materials to the finished solution.
