Torcrete - TB 01
Reprofile concrete surfaces and increase concrete coverage, suitable for spraying on vertical surfaces, allows application over large areas, not to be used on light concretes.

PREPARATION
The surface must be clean, free of dust and any dirt. The compressive strength of the substrate shall be not less than 1,5 N/mm². The preparation shall be carried out by sandblasting or hydroblasting. Prior to the application of shotcrete - TB 01, the substrate must be wetted at least one day in advance. Laying the material in several layers must be carried out until the previous layer has completely dried, otherwise it must be wetted again.
Laying
Torcrete - TB 01 is applied by dry spraying with suitable pressure shotcrete machines. The water supply to the nozzle of the machine should be adjusted so that the material is uniformly wet and not too dry. Do not use excessive amounts of water as this may cause deterioration in the stability of the applied layer. A constant W/C ratio should be maintained within a coat. The consumption rate depends very much on the condition of the substrate and the access to the site itself. With good access and a good substrate the rebound rate is about 25%. The ricocheted material cannot be reused.The surface can be treated or left with a sprayed texture.
After laying Torcrete - TB 01 should be protected from rapid drying, direct sunlight and wind. Standard drying protection methods can be used. In very high humidity, light spots may appear. These stains should be removed before the next coat is applied.
RECOMMENDATION
It is not recommended to add other materials to the finished solution.
