Self-leveling Floor Screed
Self-leveling floor screed PN01
Self-leveling compound for precise leveling of concrete and other floors. Ideal base for final coverings: parquet, laminate, terracotta, carpet and others. The material achieves an ideal horizontal surface, but is not suitable for inclined surfaces.

PREPARATION
The surface of the base must be dry, sound and very well cleaned. There should be no sand, dust, greasy stains, plaster, gravel grains and other contaminants on it. If the base is hollow, it needs to be treated with PRIMER. If there are cracks, they should be filled in advance.
PREPARATION OF THE MIXTURE
One package of 25 kg is mixed with 6.5 liters of water and the resulting solution covers an area of about 8 m² at a thickness of 2 mm.
The water temperature should not be above 20º C.
In a container with smooth walls, pour the exact amount of water for one package, add the dry mixture and mix with a mechanical stirrer (or by hand) until a homogeneous, soft, plastic and smooth mixture is obtained. From time to time the solution is stirred.
Machine preparation of the mixture takes place in specialized laying machines with a suitable nozzle.
Laying
The solution is poured with a kanchok of about 5L in thin streams on the prepared dry and strong base in strips of about 20-40 cm and immediately, in order to expel the air and to adhere well to the floor, it is rubbed with pressure with a needle bear in various directions and spread out on the floor. After removing the needle bear, the solution self-levels in the corresponding place. One entire area is laid at a time. The contact between two stirrers should be processed well. In the case of machine preparation of the solution, it is laid with the help of the hose, and spreading is done as in the case of manual laying. The temperature of the floor should be above 5ºС, and of the air in the room – above 10ºС, but not more than 25ºС. It is especially important that there is no draft in the room during work and 24 hours after.
RECOMMENDATION
It is not recommended to add other materials to the finished solution.
